Booking Policies

Booking & Deposits


  • A $25 deposit is required at time of booking to secure all appointments. This deposit goes toward your service cost. 

  • Deposits are refundable only if you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations


  • Life happens, I get it, but please give me at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service plus $25 to rebook (booking fee applied toward your next visit).

  • No-shows are charged 100% of the service and may not be eligible to rebook.

Arrivals & Late Appointments


  • Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time. Appointments begin at the scheduled time. 

  • If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened or forfeited, and late fees may apply.

Payments


  • I accept card, cash, Apple Pay, and Zelle. (No Venmo or Cash App.)

  • Payments must be made in full at time of service.

Refunds


  • Services are non-refundable once performed.

  • Deposits are refundable only with 24+ hours notice.

Guests, Kids, & Pets


  • To keep the treatment space calm and focused, only the person receiving the service is allowed in the room. Exceptions are made for clients under 18 (a parent/guardian must be present).

  • Pets are not permitted unless they are registered service animals.

Health & Safety


  • If you’re feeling sick, please reschedule — I’ll do the same for you. 

  • Some medications and conditions may not be compatible with certain treatments, so always check with me ahead of time if you’re unsure.

Before Your Appointment


  • Come with a clean face if possible (makeup is fine, but it means less treatment time and more removal time).

  • Avoid retinols and exfoliants for 5 days prior to your facial to prevent over-exfoliation.

  • There is plenty of parking in front of the building

  • I’m located in Ste 140, first hallway on right, first door on left inside Meliaura Spa.
